Telvaro's qualitative practice encompasses moderated focus groups (in-person and virtual), structured and semi-structured in-depth interviews (IDIs), ethnographic observations, and shop-along studies. Our moderators are trained behavioral researchers, not generalist interviewers, ensuring sessions surface genuinely candid consumer perspectives rather than socially desirable responses.
We apply thematic coding (NVivo-assisted), narrative analysis, and sentiment mapping to produce deliverables that move beyond quoted transcripts. Each engagement includes a verbatim transcript library, a key themes report, and a strategic recommendation brief. Video highlight reels are available for executive presentations.
